Terms of use

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to create an account.

Your content

What you publish remains yours. By publishing it on Deep Journey, you allow us to store, display and distribute it within the service, including to the subscribers of your newsletter, for as long as it stays published.

You are responsible for what you publish and must hold the rights to it.

What is not allowed

Content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, harasses or threatens people, spreads malware or phishing, or is spam. Trying to break into accounts or systems, overload the service, or get around its limits. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; the privacy policy explains what happens to your data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

The service

Deep Journey is offered as it is. We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.

Changes and law

We will tell you in the product before material changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Defense Code where it applies.
